Joe's Ribs - Globe

We had a fantastic time trying out this new BBQ restaurant in Miami, AZ last night! We sampled the St. Louis style ribs, pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato waffle fries, fried zucchini, spicy fried green beans, and cornbread with honey butter. The standout dishes for me were the ribs, which were flavorful and tender, and the spicy green beans that had a nice kick to them. We made sure to save room for dessert and enjoyed the banana pudding, banana chocolate cake, and peach cobbler. My personal favorite was the banana pudding. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Are you sweating? I can't eat that! This was the best barbecue I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Joe's Ribs in Miami, AZ.
