The wait staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and had a charming country-chic feel to it. They had a wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts to choose from, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I wish I lived closer (I'm from Salem) so I could eat here more often. They also catered to dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free options along with their vegetarian and vegan menu.

My husband has been trying to convince me to go there for over a year. We finally had the chance today on our way back from Diamond Lake. The food was incredible, the atmosphere and service were outstanding! We will definitely be returning. I also have to mention that I love the decor, definitely worth a visit!

Excellent family run diner. Super friendly service. The guacamole BLT has tasty fresh guacamole and the thick bacon was great. Burgers were juicy and cooked well. Chicken sandwich was solid as well. Gem in the cascades.Food: 5/5

My family and I come to 138 Grill almost every weekend. The staff is so friendly and personable. The food is absolutely delicious. This month they have the burger of the month called the Chipotle Raspberry Jiffy Burger. This is probably the best Burger that I've had in a long time.If you want amazing service and food.
