The Pullman - Glenwood Springs

Sat outside—lovely spot. The trout was perfect, carrot-ginger soup just as good.

We were visiting Glenwood Springs, and was told to go to the Pullman for dinner. The recommendation was spot on! The food was delicious. We started with an appetizer, and steaks for dinner and dessert. We even got a little palate cleanser before our dessert, which was yummy. What a cute idea! Our server was fantastic too! The Pullman is one of the few restaurants that let you have a reservation. Our last visit we waited forever on a Saturday night to get into a different restaurant. I would definitely recommend going to the Pullman while you’re in Glenwood Springs.

We stayed at the nearby Hotel Denver and walked over to the Pullman for dinner. Service was great from the minute we walked in. Drinks and food arrived in short order. We spilt the roast chicken, which was beautifully prepared. The butterscotch budino dessert was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely casual dinner.

We were an incredibly large italian family with lots of kids and our server was so wonderful and patient. The food was incredible! to a point we were planning on going back the very next day but it was completely booked. It is not easy to impress nonna specially since she lives in Italy and she truly loved the pastas we ate. We will definitely come back!

The Pullman has been mine and my partner’s anniversary spot for the past 8 years. So there was no hesitation when deciding where to celebrate our elopement this year. August 24th. The Pullman is so special to us that we literally signed our marriage license at the restaurant at our favorite table. The management and staff went ABOVE and beyond for all our special requests making our night absolutely perfect. They treated us and our crazy family like royalty. We can not be more thankful for every one of them. We highly recommend this spot for not only their outstanding food and beverage menu, but the people who work there , that left us with an unforgettable night. Thank you again Pullman staff!
