Extremely annoyed and disappointed by the service and this restaurant. I am a frequent customer here and recently they get my orders INCORRECT! Then when I call, they say they are sorry and will add some things on the house, which does not happen, I go pick up my order give this rest another shot to get all home and have my order again wrong! I call the restaurant and the staff on the phone saying that their menus have changed?? But nothing is updated online? We won't come back here or order us again.

Karaoke room (4 stars) — Karaoke room was great! We booked the room for 20 people but only had 12 people and it felt full. I wouldn’t recommend to fill it with all 20 people. Maybe 15 max. The room was clean and comfortable. But definitely got hot. The equipment was good. They even provided mic covers which was great. Sound also was good. I would definitely come back to do karaoke!Food (3 stars) — food was okay. Seemed like a lot of fusion options? And they didn’t give any banchan!! We ordered Bulgogi and it didn’t even come with rice which was bizarre.Overall, I would definitely come back for karaoke and drinks, but wouldn’t recommend it if you were just going to eat dinner. I would just go and get take out from Joong Boo across the street then do karaoke after.

My 1st and last time going there. I'll never step foot in this place again. Other than the friendly couple in the skeleton suits, me and my 2 co-workers never felt..welcomed. Not only wouldn't the bartender Jace, paying any attention to what we were asking him, about the prices and environment of the karaoke booths they wanted to rent, neither he or hostess would smile, let alone hold a simple friendly conversation as I waited on the food I decided to order, anyways! The way the hostess,Ji young threw my food at me across the table instead of handing it to me was down right disrespectful. Damn right! I ALWAYS ask the name of the persons that has any handling of my food/ drinks. It wasn't until I realized she didn't give me a fork with my to go order was the final straw!

Good karaoke collection. Room was posh and clean. And the food was pretty good way better than expected. The garlic chicken was awesome, the brisket with salad was good too. The corn dish was okay. The spicy kimchi stew/soup could be better if it had some rice on the side.

Second time booking a room for karaoke. Fun times. Good equipment. Room was comfortable. Sounds quality great. I'd go back.
