Bidrage med feedbackOnly 2 veggie options even though they couldn 't tell me why it wasn 't fully vegan? Even though the faux meat they use is. The beer was AWFUL. And the food and beers are expensive. A flight for $18? I also got the chicken sandwich which was literally just the faux meat, tomato, lettuce on a bunch, no other seasonings and they charged $18 for it. The place wasn 't busy and while my server was nice they were very slow. Would suggest other places
We decided to come to this restaurant after seeing they offered a chickenless sandwich and Impossible Burger. The server informed us that both options were vegetarian, but I informed her that I needed it to be vegan. After checking with the kitchen, she confirmed that the chickenless patty was vegetarian, but I wasn't convinced and felt they didn't put in much effort to confirm. I decided not to order it. I was also told that the Impossible Burger wasn't vegan, even though I explained that it is vegan, but I assumed the bread wasn't vegan. My husband was hungry, so we ordered some pickle chips, which were very salty, and sweet potato fries, which were bland. I'm not usually picky, but it's frustrating when restaurants don't offer vegan options or can easily accommodate them. I wish the staff had been more helpful in finding a solution, but I felt like I was bothering them. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and we ended up leaving to find lunch elsewhere.
It was nice to sit down at a restaurant and have options on the menu to choose from and not have to customize/change an item on the menu to meet my dietary needs.
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise during an otherwise rough trip. We were ravenous after a long hike and initially discouraged by the busy Saturday night crowd, but the staff quickly seated us and took our drink and appetizer orders. We enjoyed a hummus plate with two different flavors of hummus, olives, pita, and vegetables before digging into our beyond burgers and beer. The staff was friendly, attentive, and honest about the food. They even warned us not to order fries or chips with our burgers because they were fried in the same oil as shrimp and bacon. The added touch of a talented musician playing on the patio where we sat was the cherry on top of a great dining experience.
This is the perfect spot to satisfy both your vegan and meat-eating friends. They now offer the beyond burger - a must-try! *heart eyes*
