Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We love Braum?s but most of the Tulsa area stores are slackin, including a his one! If there?s not a gaggle of meth-heads creating a very weird, tense atmosphere, then there?s an issue with service. The workers here are great, but they are given so little to work with, like appropriate training or sufficient amount of products, that it seems like they are inept, when, actually, they work really hard to give the customers, like us, a great experience and can?t because of the limitations they face. Sometimes I wonder how these stores stay open. I hope it changes because we love this place? but it?s not like it used to be.

1st they forgot my meat patty. After they added it and I tried it , it wasn't hot and fresh. Bland. Onions seemed old soggy...like the whole burger was frozen or in fridge a few days...disappointing.

I love this store it is so nice to have this newest Braums located in my area. Ice cream is meant to be eaten in hot weather, cold and freezing weather. Yum. Banana almond, chocolate almond, egg nog and peppermint. Need I say more? You're welcome

Very busy at night. Some times slow moving. The young lady at the payment window normally makes up for it. Think her name is Kiana. Seems super sweet and always has the biggest smile. Also loves our dog.

Braums has been a staple in my life growing up. This new location is very accessible. That's good and bad. ???? I love their ice cream and the burgers are pretty good too. My only complaint is there is never enough help. On this visit we stood several minutes waiting to place our order. But it was worth it! Give it a try ????.
