Hungry Jack's - Glenorchy

Drive thru ordered, wait in the waiting bay 5 or 6 cars. after 10 minutes my order given to the wrong car, beautiful young ladies from the car went around until she found us. the rolls were very cold and the fillings were just...lukewarm, but the chips were hot.

Everything went well until we came home and discovered that they had not included our nuggets to check it paid. the staff was friendly and the prices were good, but eating didn't really taste the best, will not go back in a hurry.

Its a great place to drop in to for a meal its got a play area for the kids to play and got meal deals that are cheap and easy for all the family

I visited this restaurant for an afternoon treat around 3pm on a Sunday. My granddaughter, myself, and another couple were the only ones there. Unfortunately, 6 out of the tables had not been cleared and were still dirty with leftover food and wrappers. Before I had a chance to order, the lady from the other couple had to ask for replacement chips because their original ones were cold. I ordered a soy coffee and a snack box. The young girl taking our order was slouching over the counter and it took quite a while to receive our food as the kitchen staff were talking amongst themselves. When I asked if my coffee was made with soy milk, the girl confirmed but did not seem to know what soy was. The coffee was not even lukewarm and I chose not to complain as the staff were loudly complaining amongst themselves. When we left 20 minutes later, the tables were still dirty. I will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest that a new manager takes over to improve the overall experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was truly a terrible experience.
