Bidrage med feedbackCan't fault any of the pizza that I have eaten. The basic of the pizza are always thin and always crunchy and the toppings are all so fresh and tasty. Highly recommended trying them all.
Prices are a little steep, but you get the best pizza in Adelaide! We came in early and so the service was really quick. Loved our experience!
We have been eating at Goodlife (Glenelg) since it first opened, which is well over 10 years now. The same owner/manager, Jake, and he is still on the restaurant floor which is always good to see.Whilst it hasn't changed much over that time, it doesn't need to. They still offer a pretty simple menu, just some of the best tasting pizza that you can find. Interesting combinations, fantastic ingredients and friendly service.Worth the trip up the stairs!
I never would of found this gem if some work friends didn't drag me here a couple of years ago. My family can be hard to cater for when dining out with two vegans and two carnivores. I have now eaten here just 4 times but twice in the past two weeks. It just gets better each time. The staff are absolutely lovely, the ambience is great. If you have a young family book for 6pm as it will be quieter. The vegetables are to die for and I am slowly working my way through the pizzas on the menu. Haven't had a bad one yet. And yes the pizzas do cost more than Pizza Hut, Dominos, but they are so much better quality.
It's disappointing when a restaurant doesn't serve what it advertises on the menu it displays at the entrance. That was my experience at Good Life. As a visitor from interstate I was checking out restaurants at Glenelg and the menu displayed outside the street entrance to Good Life sounded great. I have a bit of a favourite combo in pizzas and all the ingredients were there, so I was looking forward to chowing down on one. I was shown to a seat without fuss and ordered a beer while I read the menu in more detail. But it was a completely different menu. When I queried whether I could get what I wanted which was advertised downstairs, I was told the display menu was an old one that they hadn't changed ... and no they didn't have ingredients advertised (like SA prawns) so no I could not. So heightened expectations of a great visit landed with a thud and after paying for my beer I departed to enjoy a nice steak at The BBQ Inn up the road a bit.I hope the management makes the effort to show a bit more care and pride in the business and respect for customers by making sure that in future the display menu reflects what Good Life is actually offering.
