The Bay House At Salishan

The Bay House Ernsthaft is the lowest stylish restaurant I've ever been. Exceptional food with service that radiates with historical Oregon hospitality full of well-known friendly service. A BIG thanks for host and owner, Steve Wilson and my peer, Pete Doerflinger, who feel at home and so comfortable. And compliments to the evening culinary pros that prepare such a delicious food. The Bay House offers fine food to feel with a meal. The dining room and lounge have a soothing view of the bay and the sea. Beautiful cocktail, food and wine menus. Lounge offers a beautiful small dish menu for light food (or not so easy for hungry if you want to order several small plates)! We are coming back!!!

Everything from the food, the staff and the look-all fabulous! The wine collection is extensive and the culinary experience was top notch. Very recommended!

We stopped to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Although we had no reservations, they had the seat in the lounge. What an amazing meal, everything was on the point with taste and portions. Customer service is also on site. We'll be regular for date nights. Good for us.

Wonderful staff and great food!! can't rave enough about this place! Must try!! I highly recommend the lounge for a drink or two and the dining room for a fantastic sample of all the wonderful food the chef creates!
