Palms Family - Glendora

My grandfather has been a loyal customer at Palm's Family Restaurant for years. However, during his recent visit, he had a frightening experience when he began to choke and struggled to breathe. He is elderly and has difficulty moving, and instead of receiving assistance, the owner yelled at him to leave. My grandfather apologized and explained that he couldn’t get up. This behavior is unforgivable and feels like elder abuse. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant that doesn’t treat its customers, especially seniors, with respect. The establishment, run by individuals who seem to disregard their patrons, does not embody the spirit of a family restaurant. How would you feel if your own grandparents were treated this way?
