I was directed to choose the "Pay in Restaurant" option, but it was not even listed on the order screen. It turns out the only way to place an order is to use a Wingstop gift card or to order delivery, which takes twice as long as takeout. It was a hassle just to get some wings.
I hope they update their business hours so people don't waste their time. The employee mentioned they are open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. due to not having a general manager. It's unclear how long this schedule will be in place. Call ahead to confirm they are open before placing an order.
I used to love this Wingstop for years, but they have gone downhill recently. During my last visit, I received ice-cold wings and undercooked, unappetizing fries. It was the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I just can't in good conscience. I cannot recommend coming here until they improve their quality.
To place an order around 7:56, they said that the order will be ready in 35 to 40 minutes, I arrive at 8:30 a.m. on the doors near with a paper sign that was closed at 9 a.m. the workers who were all behind the cash register and were closed at 9 a.m. be 8:30 a guy under the name jojo finally comes to the door and says to 9 have been closed, I tell him his 8:30 and am here for my picking I see at least 8 to go ordering and he said if I wanted my order, I would have to pick it up before 8? how would I have done that if I had ordered it 4 minutes before. without answering my explanation as careless as possible. u should pick it up before 8. I understand that they are screwed. 1 urinate a cooked in ready to pay for 2. You're rude to me?
Love it really nice friendly cashiers food was a amazing would most definitely recommend this location and will be coming back
