Wendy's - Glendale

Don’t bother going here after midnight. Night crew seems like they’re working backwards and can’t handle orders more than $30. Forgetting items and miscommunication at the drive thru window. Zero customer service is present at this Wendy’s. Just talking to robots who want to move the line and clock out. Overall this Wendy’s gives the company a really bad name and based off the yelp reviews it seems like this is a problematic location. Managers and upper corporate managers need to step in and make some big changes to this store.

Never thought I would give a Wendy’s such high stars. The food to date and since they originally opened, has tasted fresh and the staff is great. I periodically go to a couple other locations, but make make my way out to this one. I do not know what it is about this location, maybe it is how it is ran, but keep up the high standards. It's Wendy's. Hey, they're open late and have pretty good red chili

We paid $70 bucks for our order and they totally screwed the order up. Sent the salad with no chicken, the baked potato was disgusting ? sent the wrong size frosty, fries were half full and we ordered a pretzel baconator burger and they sent a double stack. I don’t understand how these folks did such a terrible job… definitely will not order from this location ever again!
