Why can't they give them what they order? since the beginning of ketchup, they put it on everything. even if the reception says “No ketchup”. see order

Sa for ten minutes, while all children work zit plagued and forget to serve my food. then a gentleman asks me if I need something as if I was waiting on the window, strange or a problem, so I told him I ordered food and wait for it. he continues to take another one to get only the burger and burrito, without sauces or ticks I ordered. then throws me in when I told him that it was missing. proceeds to get and then sarcastically says here and presses it on me. All that after the girl who commanded it was rude as all come out to begin. Serious customer service, terrible tasting eating, and seawater tasted like cleaner. we will not even give this place a second chance. district management must bet on this place that they do not meet any state requirements for food quality! also a formal report.

Incompetent Manager/staff whom sees to always mess up the most simplistic orders. Being able to read at least around the 8th grade academic structure should be a hiring necessity at this location. Not knowing from extra to none at all shouldn't take Rocket science but still always amazed from this location every time.
