The Curra - Glenbeigh

The dining experience was terrible and a disgrace to the Irish hospitality industry. There is no excuse for serving such low-quality food to the public without requiring proof of COVID vaccination.

I recently had breakfast at this restaurant with my daughter. I ordered the full Irish breakfast and she had a grilled cheese sandwich. The total cost was €20. However, I was disappointed with the sandwich as it was simply two slices of white bread with two slices of cheese grilled on one side, priced at €10. For that price, I expected the bread to be toasted on both sides. Overall, I felt it was a rip off and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Was delighted to see they did gf pizza based before coming here so ordered one straight away and it was so so nice!! Very hard to find edible gluten free pizza based but this one was nice and thin so very nice! Only annoying this about the pizza was the pepperoni, very spicy!! Had to pick it off but would definitely come back again!

We stopped for lunch in this sweet town to accidentally find the sweetest Pub of all time. Gary, the host, kept us laughing throughout our meal, as well as the patrons, Irish brogue and all. That said, the mussels were fabulous and the beer blissful. Applause.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant on the last night of our vacation and it was amazing. There was a wide variety of options, great value for the money, and the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to visit again.
