Casa Azteca Mexican Grill - Glen Rose

Just ordered tostada's today, it smelled kinda funny but I went a head and took one bite and it tasted rotten. And it was really greasy. Y'all either need to change y'all's crease or not serve old meat. Ive never had any bad food from y'all. This disappointed me.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always order the pina loca. It includes shrimp, chicken, beef (not ground beef), chorizo, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, etc. all served in a hollowed-out pineapple. It's amazing! Although the name of the restaurant has changed to Crazy Shrimp Restaurant, they still serve Mexican food with the same menu.

I am in the industry so I understand being short staffed. Sunday after 1:30 restaurant not busy, service was slow, attention to our table was minimal, chips and salsa better than the food. Not much flavor it was edible not memorable. My opinon, straight velveta as a cheese sauce on a burrito that was Luke warm not my idea of a cheese sauce. Glen rose is beautiful, I watched another table get their food and had to wait on silver ware. Herd the waiter say how is everything. I heard the mom say we will let you know after we get some silver ware. Little silly details that will bring people back or have them not return. We had to ask for silver ware after our food came. I am 1 customer visiting from an hr away. Keeping your locals happy is how business grows. I would not return. If your In Glen rose stop in try for your self. Maybe that Sunday was an off day.

This restaurant is no longer open. A sign outside indicates that the new name is Crazy Shrimp.

Most excellent service and the food was very good, home feel the best!
