Starbucks - GLEN MILLS

Decided to go here on Saturday for a hot drink. go to the diets and there is a sign that they were closed for the day. even though the associated is behind the counter cleaning. it was also 10 o'clock so they could imagine how confused I was. the dieucks is within a busy destination and a Saturday is the day they choose to close the operation for the day by chance. I'm not going on. do not go out of mine to visit this place again

Very dissatisfied. the lady who works the cash register and took our orders was the sweetest lady. she had nothing to do with the situation. my friend and I went to this diet to try the trend high drink without ice and venti cup ice. they pour the big drink in the venti cup ices and it is a cheaper venti. when the baristas make our drinks, they begin to say rude things about us. to talk about how we do not care about the environment and how we waste. they always said I was upset. we were disappointed that they heard these things say, because we only tried to get our drinks. we didn't even think about hurting our environment, and we would never want to. the staff is usually so polite, but these 2 my workers ruin our day.

Very friendly helpful staff. Gave great recommendations was nice with my 8yr old son. Place was clean well organized. I will definitely be going back!

Today, I ordered four drinks at this restaurant. The line was a bit long, but that didn't bother me. However, I was disappointed to find out that they do not serve caramel macchiatos, and when I asked why, the server didn't have an answer. They also failed to inform me that they were out of passion fruit before I placed my order. The orders were not handled in an organized manner, with each drink coming out at different times. I had to wait almost 25 minutes for all of my drinks to be served. Some customers even asked for a refund due to the lengthy wait. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant.
