Glen Ferris Inn

Our stay was just what I expected. Beautiful views from our room and the restaurant. I love the river at this location. We use to come here occasionally when dating nearly 40 years ago to eat. We only ate at the restaurant. The service was not good. We ordered chefs salads and had to request the ham and eggs after they were delivered to our table. We received five small pieces of ham and about a third of a hard-boiled egg. The kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to what is supposed to go in the preparation. Our friends did not enjoy their meals. Service: 2 Location: 5

We just stopped at the restaurant. Food was good. Service was ok. At the time there was a shortage of staff. Those that were there worked hard to accommodate everyone. Dining is very pleasant there with a great view of the falls. Service: 4 Location: 5

Past its prime. Room was dated, air conditioning did not work. Restaurant was awful. Poor service and food was a real disappointment. Beautiful location and views, but this place is struggling.
