Made In Italy Trattoria - Glen Ellyn

My husband and I felt like the servers were not overly friendly. The bread was stale and the meatballs had an unusual texture to them, like they were undercooked. The pasta dishes were really good but we won't be going back.

All 3 meals a bust. My veal Parmesan was uneatable rubber. My daughter’s pasta was flavorless. Sad, as the food was so good post Covid.

I was a little disappointed after seeing the rating. The Pasta Fagioli soup was pretty tasteless. The pork chops were over seasoned. The sautéed calamari was very good.

Somehow I grew up in Wheaton, only about a mile from this place, and never came here until my mid 40s! And am I glad I finally did! The chick parm and lasagna were excellent, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was just like the name says — made in Italy. Fantastic experience. I'll be back!

Very delicious and the portions are enough to take home. We had the bruschetta to start, caesar salad, gnocchi, paparadelle with meat sauce, chicken saltimboca. Desserts were just a good and we recommend the lemoncello cake.
