Dunkin' - Glen Burnie

Supposed to open at 5:00 am. Was not open until 8:40 am.

They suppose to open at 5am. The employee was on time as he prepped everything.He continued to prep as 5:15 rolled around. The line grew down the concourse.He never informed the customers that he was not serving anyone. He ignored people as they walked up to the register and when prompted to close the gate he said they did not have one.New people came and stood on line and again he never gave them the Courtesy to say we are not open.

The guys at the counter were really rude with me and

Just ordered 1 matcha latte 1 regular latte. They gave me 2 coffee lattes lukewarm and 2/3 full only. I asked to fix it: make it full and hot. He did something but the result is the same. Just more foam like in a cappuccino. And matcha green tea is not there. I need to catch the flight so can’t spend more time just to get what I ordered ?.Starbucks it is next time.
