Eating is in the best case subpar, the customer service is absolutely terrible, they will make them responsible for their mistakes or if they screw up their order. they also run at least 4 different was restaurants on doordash and probably all other delivery services and these restaurants are cookie munch crunch, brownie munchies, brownie munchies 2, mr. cookie these restaurants will accept orders if arent actually opened and if they are, they will accept their order and never deliver, and the phone numbers that are provided for the load is just a random handy. cono pizza deserves to be closed, and the owners should be reported to the better burette office for at least 4 false companies on the top of their dreadful ranten buisness.

Negative 10 stars. Don’t waste your time or money. Owner has no regard for his customers and will scream/curse at you . No one should feel safe consuming food that is handled/prepared by these people. Shouldn’t be in business.

NEVER order through their website!! They don’t have their own drivers and go through DoorDash. DoorDash doesn’t pay well as is $10 for over 21 miles so technically $10 for an hour round-trip and when going through their site they will NEVER be a tip!!! Not only is well known that DoorDash depends on tips for the drivers to make their money. Insult to injury, it is VERY well known throughout the drivers that Cookie Munchers/Cono’s Pizza and Ice Cream STEAL customer tips!! At least with DoorDash you may see a small tip. The difference between a DoorDash order and a direct website order is low tip vs NO tip!! Technically, a driver only makes $10 (or less a lot of the time) for an hour of round trip driving costs them $10 in gas to make the delivery!!

Dont expect much here. This business relies on taking advantage if the late night crowd.. They take forever to make and deliver your order. Most times on busy nights they are taking 5 and 6 delivery orders at a time. If u are lucky enough to hit them up on their downtime beware they will recycle unused slices that are days old. Always ask for fresh slices. Most of the lunch meats and pasta items are frozen and not fresh. Lot of reliance on the microwave in the back of their kitchen. Their are also mice spotted which they choose to ignore. Also make sure to ask for fresh milkshakes as they have a tendency to reuse ones that were not picked up by customers. The fresh rolls that get delivered every few days are frozen and most likely have the appearance if fresh. Some of the items customers dont pick up are reused to other customers hours and sometimes even days later. Eat at your own risk and remember not all late night options are good ones.

Don’t expect much from this place. The only things they have to offer are being open late and decent water ice. If they even remember to add it in your order. Terrible service. Poorly ran. And overpriced. The woman who works the counter will blame you for anything that goes wrong instead of fixing it. I feel bad for the delivery drivers because they are good and I know this woman is ruining their tips. This place is the worst pizza place in town. Delivery driver had to come back and still didn’t have everything I ordered. I just told him not to worry about it and figured I’d just leave a review. Food is below average. If you’re in a pinch and need a late night meal I’d suggest wawa or McDonald’s. But if you do decide to order here then make sure you pick it up or else there’s a 100% chance that you’ll be disappointed.
