Pizza Hut Delivery - Glasgow

I enjoy treating myself to a home delivery from time to time, so I decided to give Pizza Hut a try since it is located just 100 yards away from my home. I used their online service, which offers a good selection of facilities and meal deals. I activated the auto deal option at the start of my visit, which saved me about £6 on my meal deal. The online menu is easy to use and has a variety of options to choose from. I ended up ordering a Medium classic veggie pizza, a side of wedges, a bottle of juice, and a tub of ice cream for just over £15, which was a good deal for a weekend treat at home. I have ordered from Pizza Hut three times now, and the delivery has always been fast and as described. However, I have noticed some inconsistency in the quality of the food. The first time, the pizza was slightly cold and needed to be reheated in the microwave, the second time the wedges were not as crispy as I had hoped, and the third time everything was just okay, nothing special. Overall, it is a good deal but I may try another restaurant for my next treat night in. The delivery was very fast, only taking about 15 minutes from order to door, which was impressive. If the quality and consistency of the food were better, I would consider returning, but for now, I will search for a slightly better experience elsewhere.

We waited nearly an hour for our delivery after placing our order. The pizzas were lukewarm and cooked unevenly, with one end being soggy. This was very disappointing and we do not recommend as it is also expensive.

Each time I order pizza from this Pizza Hut, it is always of a lower quality compared to the rest of the restaurant. I try to avoid ordering from here due to the fewer toppings and the one time they sent me a slightly burnt pizza.

Great take away where any pizza, any size is £5.99 for pick up. What I would really love to know is where do all the pennies go. For example, buy three pizzas for 17.97, give £20 and receive £2 back. It is embarrassing to ask about the 3p, but they do this to everyone. So who gets all the pennies? Pizza Hut, Manager or Staff?
