Beefeater Black Bear - Glasgow

I've been here for six years. the personal was really happy and friendly, our server was joyce, she was great. eating was excellent, portions were very generous.

Helpful staff, lovely food. Steak was cooked just the way I like it and peppercorn sauce was lovely. Will be back Helps that they do a blue light discount

My first night here was terrible. Everything I ordered was out of stock and I settled for a ribeye steak. I ordered it medium/rare....came well done. Seemed to have a soup of the week rather than a soup of the day. The waitresses were really helpful and friendly, especially the blonde lady in the mornings. Had a great sense of humour and really made us feel like we were at home. Drinks are a bit pricey though...London prices.

This was probably the best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing excellent service. I wish I could give more stars!
