Little Caesars Pizza - Gladwin

This location has never hot and ready available just expensive pizza. The workers are rude when I was not handed over my cheese, I said I also need a cheese and I got an answer chill out dam like everything I was saying I needed a cheese sauce dam. My pizza was well unded boiled the slice simply fell over and all toppins slip out because under boiled my pizza was. My bread sticks were diligent. I'm just confused as no matter what time I was going to throw them have an excuse why they don't have hot n readys they just keep 1 up they said, but still have special pizzas available so if I don't want to wait, I have 2 more money

The store manager contacted me because of this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and professional and explained some of the variables here and a little inside in the small Ceasars practices. She apologised, said that I can always call in an order with special requests... SADLY, she told me that the Old World Pepperoni Pizza promo ended... hopefully LC will make it a regular article. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you. I ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza before and love that there is little to no crust edge and the pizza was covered with OW Pfefferoni. Now that pizza is available to do a custom order and add other items. I ordered a OW pizza with mushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected the pizza I ordered to be made like the others I ordered, but with the extra items. That was NOT. This was a 1 OR LARGER that focused on the field service and the thing. NOT WHAT it was not EVEN DONE. There was a cabbage where the carriage did not get out of the way. I made it and made it even more. I never settled with a hesitant in the PAST. Not this time. HOPEFULLY is not a TREND. SEE. I ALSO SENT A CUSTOMER COMMENT EMAIL and RECEIVED NO RESPONS OR CONFIRMATION.

Pizza is usually decent. Sometimes they have a hard time with special wishes. Political and polite staff.

Pizza is always great, people are friendly as possible!! Crazy bread is always diligent as everyone comes out. wish that could change. Except this beautiful place.
