Pizza Plus - Glade Spring

Just paid 16 dollars for 2 salads and only got 1 because they was so understaffed even tried calling and when I arrived there phone was off the hook Service: 1

Well the food was ok.. the atmosphere was good. The young lady who took my order was super nice.. BUT I ordered a calzone which he said he couldn't make for some reason. So they ended up making a pizza instead. The pizza and loaded fries were edible. But the cinnamon rolls I ordered where NOT cooked completely! They were still raw in the middle!!!

The food wasn't bad. The staff was nice. The only problem I had was the elderly lady that was working there. She continuously bothered my wife and I as we were trying to eat. We were very uncomfortable when she went as far as pulling a chair and sitting at our table. The topic of her conversations were definitely not work appropriate. Doubtful that we will return.

My card was charged 2 times with 2 different amounts and supposedly they can't find the ticket. They called the owner and he told them he couldn't do anything until Monday but he said maybe my bank had done that and put a hold on it which is not true. This is not the first time I've had problems a certain lady that works there has either given my order to someone else or she's lost my order. We won't be back!!!

It's OK. The staff is friendly and nice, but not too attentive. The food is OK, but not great. My wife and I eat here about once a month. It's quick and convenient for lunch. We do enjoy the salad bar, we enjoy creating our own
