A&W Restaurant - Glace Bay

I have to say, compared to other fast food restaurants, A&W always stands out for one main reason - they actually give you a full cup of soda when you order it! It may seem like a small thing, but other places often skimp on the ice or forget when you ask for no ice. At A&W, they never disappoint.

The food at this restaurant is usually served hot and fresh. They have recently undergone renovations, making the inside much nicer and cleaner. However, I would not recommend using the order window. It consistently takes at least 3 minutes before they acknowledge you, and then they inform you that there will be a wait before they can take your order. Even if you are the only vehicle, it typically takes 15-20 minutes to use the order window. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the poor service.

This restaurant is a good choice for quick fast food, but the prices are a bit high. The location is decent, and the place is usually very clean.

From the design it looks as if it were going through with a second living as a seat restaurant. but we only needed a coffee and a quick bite, so it fits the bill. there were several employees, but nobody seemed interested in catching a mop. or besen to give the place a clean one.

No customer service. I was just a customer in the line and I waited 5 minutes until the young guy ask what I want to order. he just started for the duration on the deck.
