Au Bon Marechal - Giverny

What better night in Giverny than a parenthesis in a place out of time? In Bon Maréchal, a former bistro and family pension attended by artists of the time, has become over the years a charming and picturesque guest house. Ideally located in the heart of Giverny, the Bon Maréchal allowed you to explore the paths and paths of this village full of art and history, in the footsteps of the Impressionists. Past the door, you are in a very quiet inner courtyard, decorated with flowers and surrounded by typical buildings of the region. The guest house offers several rooms. We were in the small dependency a little far from the main residence. The place was comfortable, with the required equipment and the calm necessary for a small resurgent stay. The host received us with all respects and served us a hearty and local breakfast. After breakfast, she allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot, the time for us to make our last morning visits. I recommend this bed and breakfast that will allow you to spend a stress-free stay.

What a beautiful discovery!! The good Maréchal is ideally located in the center of Giverny, with private parking. The balcony room is very comfortable and quiet. Small attentions are very pleasant: bottle of water on arrival, tea and coffee available in the room, small guide to give, good addresses restos and good advice for what is nearby. Breakfast is great, jams and Compote house, fresh bread and pastries... The garden is bright and soothing. A real pleasure to have stayed there two nights! Thanks again!
