Great Chow. You have a spicy smoked cabbage that was great. They hack their pig and Turkey together and count it as a meat. They also offer bougain as meat... I loved it. I did a star to them because they don't have banana pudding. You have big collector cups... that's cool too.

Excellent grill! Friendly staff and the flying pig is a must, they will put it on everything! A baked potato, make it in a sandwich or just plain. The Jalepeno sausage is tasteful. The Coleslaw washes out and the green beans are bomb!

OMG! The best grill! Quiet little hole in the wall with a cute terrace to enjoy the summer evenings!! Best pulled pork sandwiches and the best filled potatoes!

Yummy BBQ, who wasn't fat on the stomach. You have cake, but my little man asked for a cookie. The cake looked amazing, but the cookie was good. We ordered two combination punch plates. Both had a good sandwich side. And everyone gets pinto beans! We will leave full belly button and left overs for about $20. A quiet location for a good lunch break.

So I found myself driving through Gilmer, TX late December and stumbled across this barbecue place. I went inside and of course inhaled the wonderful aroma of some good old vitamin Q! I was intrigued to see the young lady chopping and trimming just inches in front of you. But, I just hate to see the oh so tasty parts (fatty parts) go to waste! So I asked if I could have them. I took them home, froze then into blocks and froze them. I travel a lot so it took me a bit of time to get back to them. Well folks this is how you make a simple meal out of scraps!
