Taco Bell - Gilbert

I ordered almost $15 worth of food. They gave me four $1.00 burritos. I checked it as pulling out of drive through. They refused to bring the correct food out and continued to say lobby was closed. I explained what was missing and asked them to bring out what I had paid for. The gentleman said the lobby was closed and that he wouldnt bring it out. That they were short staffed. I asked for my money back then. The gentleman proceeded to tell me to go back through the drive through. I explained there were over 6 cars in the drive through. He LAUGHED at me and said he had to get back to cooking the orders. He proceeded to hang up on me.

I'd give this a minus if I could. The manager is extremely rude and does not accommodate when they make a mistake on your order at the drive thru. The manager, a dark haired girl told me to just file a complaint if I wasn't happy with being charged for food I didn't order. Their mobile app makes mistakes but the manager will not correct it. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Avoid this place.

Don't buy fountain drinks here or at least mtn dew bec when we got our order the mtn dew was flat and didn't taste like dew at all like the syrup in mtn dew, had to throw it away, also the cheese in our burritos wasn't even melted even after I asked for them to be grilled. I'll go some place else or make them myself don't recommend this taco bell who's clearly careless

Was given rancid food. absolutely disgusting. not sure if the tortillas were bad or were stored with chemical cleaner, but either it was repulsive and I won't be back.
