Mcdonald's - Gilbert

Don't go here, that's the worst mcdonald's. every time it is a problem here if it is not with eating it is with the service and it is as if no one knows how to go to their job, either the mcdonald of greenfield and southern or those of higley and brown. they will screw up their order or they will act as if they were a total inconvenience for them or they will not even be able to give them a gift card they tell them, it is as if it gives one meaning.

Customer service was amazing! The fries, not so much. The guy at the first window was so outgoing and engaging.

I ordered Postmates from this location. I was missing items from my order so I had to drive to go get the rest. When I arrived the manager found my items sitting right where they sit when they are ready to be packaged. I asked for some ice cream or and mcflurry for my inconvenience. And they had not neither. My Dr peppers were also very flat. But I didn't notice this till after I got back home. The manager on duty today, 6/28/22 at 1:30pm, did not seem very concerned as of the inconvenience for me coming back.

I had a GREAT experience at this McDonald's. The staff were friendly, quick, and courteous. They got my order correct!!! Tiffany makes great food!!!

Terrible! I never thought I had to check Yelp before going to a McDonalds. Fries we're over salted and all quarter pounder with cheese too salty to eat. Saw reviews from 2 months ago and still not addressed. So looks like they do not care. I'll just go to another location. Too bad this is a newer location!
