Wabisabi Ramen - Gijón

Went there on a sunny day but can 't wait to try it with the rain pouring down the window. The ingredients are amazing and the technique is just unbelievable. We tried two ramens and despite not being the most intense in flavours, there was incredible depth in each bite. The roasted flavour of the meat, the thin and cooked-to-point noodles, the fresh algae, just amazing! The bao de panceta was also very fresh, warm and it just melted in your mouth. Tasted almost like a luxury Beijing Duck . Definitely recommend.

Excellent dumplings and buns. A wonderful and refreshing break from heavy meat dishes of traditional Gijon cuisine. Haven’t had better Japanese food outside Japan.

This was one of my best meals in Spain. The langostino bao and Thai curry ramen are not to be missed. Combine this with a friendly and helpful staff unreal! I seriously wanted to stay longer in Gijon so I could eat here again!

Llevo años yendo, y está todo cojonudo. Cada vez que tomo ramen aquí y luego pido postre, me apetece llorar de lo rico que está todo. Brutal. Mi sitio favorito del universo.

Gran descubrimiento! Probamos el shumai de carrilleras, el korokke y dos ramen tonkatsu. Y madre mía, estaba todo de 11! El caldo del ramen de los más ricos que he probado. Y la tarta de queso d postre super cremosa, muy buena. Y el personal muy agradables, muy buen sitio!
