Alchemy - Gianyar

We decided to try the full DIY experience at this restaurant, creating our own salads and serving our own soft serve ice cream. It was all tasty and enjoyable. The atmosphere was a bit chilly, but we appreciated that they were clear about which options were vegan, including the honey.

We visited this restaurant multiple times because they had a variety of options and also a shop with great kimchi that we always enjoy. We dined at the restaurant once and found the food to be delicious. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The menu leans towards health and raw food options, so it may not be the best choice for those looking for unhealthy options. They also have a selection of sweet snacks in a refrigerator, including really nice chocolate. Be aware that the prices are on the expensive side.

Our experience at Alchemy was excellent. The Champion Breakfast Plate had a fantastic combination of flavors and the atmosphere was relaxed with a cozy feel.

Been here a few times the drinks are good, but pricey. I was recommended the snickers dessert which was overly sweet with competing tastes. Salads and vege dishes were good. I recently heard that they're now stocking Malaika gluten free breads which is great news these aren't your usual banana flour breads, they are fermented pumpkin and fermented coconut breads really tasty, low carb and delicious!
