The enthusiasm and positive energy of Sophie and Louise is evident on their Facebook page and even more heartwarming in person! While waiting for my vegan couscous dish, which I had reserved in my own container, we had a great conversation. It was wonderful not having to worry about excessive packaging that often comes with takeout. In addition to the delicious food, they also offer drinks like fresh juices made from their own (grandma's) garden. It's a convenient option and I will definitely be back next time I need takeout in the Ghent area.
