Arrived to eat near closing time on a weeknight. Asked the server if they are still taking in customers as we understand that it’s a bit late when we arrived. They said yes, so we proceeded to order. We ordered quickly but the server did not make much of an effort to make us feel welcomed. He impatiently told us what’s not available on the menu and did not smile at all. Food came and pho was lukewarm. The fresh spring rolls were mostly just noodles and were really tiny. The beef tenderloin was really tough. We were never served water until we had to ask. Eventually, we were served water but server still had attitude. Overall, Pho Hoa in other branches are good but this branch in Estancia gave us bad dining experience. Don’t think we will come back again.

Had the pork vermicelli and it was absolutely sublime. I asked for extra fish sauce! Better than any Vietnamese food I tried in Hong Kong and for a cheaper price as well.
