Crunchy Crab - Ghaziabad

Kapitolyo branch is now CLOSED (25 June 2017). Crabwich burger was good for the price and pretty tasty. Serving size was also very good, up to 1.5 pax.

We went here with a group of friends last night because I was curious about the soft shell crab burger basically. One can eat the whole crab with its soft shell! It was our first time to experience it, and one of us actually found a video on youtube on how a soft shell crab comes about. We ate it as a burger with the sweet mango salsa paired with fries (additional 25). I ordered it as a taco, which was less visually impressive compared to the burger but I liked it better because it felt lighter than the burger. We also had the buy 1, take 1 mojito promo, which were served in mason jars (so yea, it was actually a good value because they were big and only half the price). But well, I was with boys and they preferred their brew kettle after the mojitos. Another one had fish and chips, and the pasta. My sister found her pasta also delicious.

This is definitely a place for seafood enthusiasts with both the food and the place trying hard to emulate the beachside. Is this place amazing? No. Is it good for the price? Yes. The service was really good but a few notes. The sardines in the 3 Fish Pasta had a few bones and was bland, the Chicken wings are a hard pass for next time although it is acceptable as they do not seem to specialize with non-seafood, the dessert, chocolate cake? with ice cream and the fish and chips were just okay, but their Soft shell crab burger and Fish taco are musts. Would I go back? Probably. But this wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

The ambiance was cool. It will make you feel like its summer again and surfing on the beach. The service here was ok. The lady in the counter was attentive. I went here to judge for my self if the crab burger is real.. It caught me off guard The burger was not that big like i expected it But the crab taste and texture was there even though its full of breading, maybe its for the binding of the crab. The shrimp bucket was a not that daring to me. Given the choices of sauces you want, it just end up as a normal shrimp... For me the shrimp was a disappointment. This is overrated by the few.
