I just went to Rachel’s in the cross point plaza for dinner recently. I was greeted by a lovely staff (Emma and Zach). Not only were they friendly but they also were very efficient. The restaurant was very clean and the food was also great! 10/10 job from the Thursday night shift! Will definitely be recommending Rachel’s to my family and friends.

Everything was good besides the Greek dressing. It tasted spoiled and of course I dumped it all over my rice bowl.

Found a dead fly in my salad and I reached out to 2 different customer service options on their website and no one ever got back to me. Bad customer service and I will not be going to this location again.

First time customer. Will 100% be going back. Walked in with questions. Terry was great help. Recommend a steak rice bowl with dill sauce. Amazing. Pita bread on the side and a drink. A little pricey but very much worth it for the service and food.
