As a Vegetarian in Belgium, I have a hard time! Secondly I grew up around the best food with my Grandfather's Italian/continental restaurant he was a top chef I met the Roux Brothers many times amongst others)! ... But the chef at Chez Mattias and Sea spun up some of the most delicious pasta made with fresh tomatoes, that I have eaten yet, very simple but executed perfectly. It's the simple foods that can often indicate a chefs vibe... Real Italian vibes here, no mistake!

I really recommend this place for their delicious fish dishes. Price/quality this is a top restaurant! The dishes are refined and tasty and the price is very reasonable. The fish is fresh and the sauce is delicious. The restaurant is modern and the service is very good!
