I was excited to try the restaurant based of their reviews so ordered via Uber Eats. My rating is because I wasn't impressed at all. I ordered the Veg Canneloni. The portion was ok, you get 3 pieces however the stuffing had zero flavour, not even salt. You taste more raw tomatoes from the topping than anything else. I suggest perhaps adding cheese to try and provide more flavour or maybe feta to the stuffing to make it taste atleast like something, I had to add salt, pepper, sauce and garlic. I'll try again, but won't be ordering this particular item
Regardless if I order from Uber or directly from the store! Seems to be a constant issue of things missing from the order, luckily I remebered to count the pizzas as the wife got in the car and asked where is the 5th box, I ran Into the store and as usual no accountability! Until scuffling through kitchen realising that she sent my pizza to my table. The service is unacceptable!
There always seems to be an issue when ordering from La Piovra via Uber Eats. Food arrives cold and there’s always something missing. The driver takes no responsibility. Neither does Uber, nor La Piovra. They say the driver needs to check the orders!!! Very frustrating paying for food and not receiving it!! And no one to take responsibility. Won’t be ordering from them again, as it’s the third time this has happened when ordering from them.
