Wendy's - Germantown

Burger was dry and not made to my specifications. Frys were old and stale. Only got one sauce when I clearly specified for more in the options menu. Terrible service.

Never received the entire order. Only received burger and fries (which was stale). Burger tasted like it sat under heat lamp. Asiago chicken sandwich and fries missing. Had to ask the driver to retrieve the drink. Complete disaster!

Fries were stale, sandwich seemed old and soggy. delivery was amazingly quick.

It was a gift to my mother and she loves Wendys Pretzel Baconator Comboand the strawberry lemonade drink. Thank you, Wendy. 

Wendy's is usually my go-to fast food place, but this special location has a very busy ride through. It's a hit or a miss when there's a line. If there is a line, ready to wait. 4 stars because how long the wait can be. If they had at least one more person, it would really be better for everyone. The staff is friendly and professional and the restaurant is very clean.
