Quickfire Japanese Hibachi - Germantown

Random but WONDERFUL experience! Back story: My coworker and I, guilty and admittedly reliant on food delivery services for lunch, wanted to try something different that we had not eaten already. A tall ask for a picky eater like me. I had recently had a delicious hibachi experience that I wanted to relive, so our search began that led us to Quickway. 4.6/5 rating, almost 3000 reviews, even checked in with some other coworkers who said we couldnt go wrong. We still almost passed because my coworker referred to it as The McDonalds of Hibachi. But, with lunch time dwidling, we decided to take a chance! So I ordered the Chicken And Salmon Combo, my coworker the Chicken And Shrimp Combo, and a shared Shrimp Tempura Roll. Not only did it arrive hot, but it was DELICIOUS! So delicious that we ordered it AGAIN the next day! And will probably order again tomorrow! Highly recommend.

Chicken hibachi tasted over cooked and rubbery like an egg, noodles were mushy, and didnt get the veggies that were included with the dish. Also didnt get the yum yum sauce that is suppose to come with every order

This time the fried rice in the hibachi combo is not tasty. Rice seems to have been cooked for a long time.

Beef And Shrimp Combo , traveling and looking for a good eat! food was delivered quick and hot! delicious!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in every aspect of food service.
