Kj's - Germantown

Great food!. If you're looking for good home-cooking and nice people in a small town, you should check out Kj's. I've eaten there before and I would say the food is very good. It's not the typical restaurant in that many things are HOMEMADE. How many restaurants can boast that they make their own pies and ice creams or that they make biscuits and gravy regulary? (not to mention the homemade croutons, fried apples, and chips that I love. My personal favorite at Kj's is breakfast, but they serve it anytime of day so there isn't any need to get up early. Personal reccomendation: the Sampler. It has a little bit of everything which includes a bcuit w/ gravy, egg, a pancake, and a few other things. Check it out if your hungry!

Customer. Love the Grilled Chicken Salad! The homemade dressing is great.<br/ <br/ Can't beat the pretzel sandwich!

B&B Club. A delicious marinated chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon with melted swiss that blankets the chicken perfectly. That is then placed between 2 lightly toasted pretzel buns and lettuce with a touch of honey mustard. Its Heaven for your pallet.

GOOD . I have been to KJ's several times since it has opened. The food is fantastic. I especially liked the Beef and Noodles. But you have to save room for pie, my favorite is the Peanut Butter Pie.

We had a nice Sunday morning breakfast. Good hometown food!
