Burger King - Germantown

The time i had to wait for the little food i got was beyond ridiculous. actually unbelievable that i was waiting well over 25 minutes for my food when i was the only car in the drive through. this bk needs to get it together. do not go here

I have tried 2 times in the last month to go through the drive through and never even got up to order. Waited 30 min and the 1 car infront of me didn’t even order yet. I get being short staffed but there’s no reason a drive through should take 30 min for one order.

Staff was friendly when placing the food order. The time it took for two chicken sandwiches was way too long.The selection at the soft drink machine was way too limited, at about 15% of total selections on the screen. All very disappointing ?

Jan 7 11:130 am. Best BK I've had in years. Tasted like the photos on the posters promise it will! Thanks to the crew who seemed to be hustling short staffed.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Take orders for other cars while ignoring the other lane for over 10 minutes.
