Barley Pop Pub Restaurant - Feedback

Horribly slow service and cold food, and I definitely will not be going back. This place used to be good but not anymore I guess.

Stopped in for a drink to kill time while my dogs were at the groomer down the street. I ordered the sweet spicy Asian wings and they were absolutely delicious....

Food was good but service wasn't great. Bartender only talked to my husband even when asking about my food?
