Visited The Commissary on a Wednesday night and it was so great! The atmosphere was rustic and nostalgic, the staff was as friendly as could be, and the ribs were SO good! Me and another person split a full slab and they were everything I expected it to be. Tender, Smokey and seasoned well. We also ordered the bbq nachos and those were a hit! There is a reason this place is known for having some of the best ribs and bbq in Memphis Food: 5

Shocked at how dry the brisket, ribs pulled pork was. Definitely not the norm here. But all was very dry Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
