Brooklyn Bridge Italian Restaurant

From the time we walking in the restaurant the service didn?t go well. The host was about to seat a guest that came in after us. Than the waitress served the white couple before us and they were the same guest that came in after us. She messed up our order and we had to wait longer for the appetizer. Salads came out late right before the food. We were not pleased with this restaurant

We ate at Brooklyn Bridge this past weekend and the food was delicious and the experience wonderful. This is the second time we've been in the past few weeks and it's one of our new favorite spots. I got the fried eggplant appetizer and it's perfect crisp eggplant and delicious marinara. I also got the spinach lasagna (we're vegetarian) and my wife got the Bari pizza and both were delicious. Great mixed drinks too. Highly recommended for a nice night out.

I was on date night. Unfortunately, the staff was ready to get off. We were told over the telephone they were closing at 8.30p and not 9pm due to slow traffic. We arrived at 8.15p and the staff gathered up front did everything to make us leave. After refusing to leave we were seated. We asked a female employee a question and her response was short and smart. Tabitha came to our table and what was a horrible experience was immediately overturned into something Grand! Tabitha ' professionalism was greatly appreciated and rewarded. I am so glad we stayed because our meals were so tasty, delicious and devine! I have scheduled on my calendar a once a week visit, to try every item on their menu. Great foodand if you get Tabitha, prepare to be Impressed! Tabitha 's service with the Awesome food is an Awesome Combination ????

Literally never left a bad review anywhere, they?re open three hours a day I called right at five and called multiple times to have been hung up on slash them taking it off the hook, I have only worked restaurant jobs for 7 and plus years. I just wanted a pizza but on my way to mellow Mushroom rn! Thanks!
