Bidrage med feedbackDuring a stay in the gerardmer, we went to the family to the "flowered calf". A refined and warm place to compensate for the lack of smiles of some staff members. This does not, however, come to a marvelous meal. we took the 80€ menus with entry, fish and meat, cheese and dessert!I recommend the stuffed bowl with foie gras is just wonderful!! Excellent value for money, according to us. The cottage is decorated with a lot of taste.No flat on the meal. even the desserts are exquisite: the minestrone pineapple/fresh at the top! Just like the perfect guarana!
One for five days. a very high quality kitchen that would deserve an extra star. Everything is exquisite.
We were for the first time in this restaurant and chose to have lunch on the map. The dishes were excellent, to note still a problem in the sauces served, and unfortunately the service was not worthy of a starred restaurant: at the arrival of the entrance, the plates on the palate had not been removed and the aperitif glasses remained on the table during the whole meal, the bread we missed and was offered only at the end of the meal, the wine was soon to be lost ...
Quality cuisine with various products, but which could be a little thinner; service quite slow unfortunately; wine map of a great deal; a little expensive for a restaurant of this type that we will qualify as a gastronomic almost michelin.
The menu offered with the week offer was good but offers no choice. the nicely proposed server to change a dessert that was not appropriate. personal care. I would like to come back for a la carte meal to taste the cuisine of this restaurant.
