I recently dined at a lovely restaurant that clearly labeled allergens on their menu, catering to all dietary needs in my group. I was impressed by their gluten-free pizza crust, but hesitant about the gluten levels in the toppings. The server kindly checked with the chef for me, and I enjoyed a delicious chicken pizza without any issues. I was hoping to try a gluten-free dessert, but unfortunately none of the others in my party of 10 were interested, so I had to pass.
