Bidrage med feedbackIt must be our lucky day because we didn't see a line when we came out here for lunch. And our order was quickly and properly prepared. Chickens tasted like the KFC we have home.
For the first time in about ten visits, they actually properly packaged our online order. The woman who did it was great. I usually love shops on great service, this time was. Not sure why they fight to get an order usually right.
The first time for the years to get the food was delicious and scrumptious will be back next to the visit of gero KFC
I'm going to KFC every couple of months and worked for years. The waiting time is always exaggerated, the line is more common than not on the road, the orders are likely to be blocked. After all, it has not changed, we all go back. If you get this rare, hot, fresh food, that's what keeps coming again!
Firstly I will say nothing flows perfectly in a Imperfect world or environment. We have been a couple of times since moving to Geraldton and I really think the company are Greatly under staffed or maybe Overwhelmed with the High Volume of Customer's. Management really needs to take a look at this as the drive through/ thru is always congested and the waiting times are insane and it blocks the space for those who walk in or dine in . Yes our Orders both times were wrong. What made our weekend visit even worse was the fact we pre-ordered off the App to only get in store and still wait 20 minutes and get home and then our order had food missing and and the burgers were all completely wrong. Sorry this is Not acceptable and I don't see why customers should have to drive all the way back just to get the food items that are missing and I don't see why we have to ring and complain about these issues in the first place especially when you pay a small fortune for the products and are waiting lengthy times . Please make changes , please employ more staff, please have more than one person working front of house especially in peak and busy times and please have staff check and then double check to see if all the order is there. As a customer I will do my part and be more attentive when I place and pick up a order but in all fairness it needs to be a team effort to make sure these basic work skills are carried out correctly.
