This place has to understand what wrong advertising is because it... It's not right. I was just there and ordered exactly what was on the menu, the FROSTED STRAWBERRY TOASTER TREAT in a waffle bowl. She told me they didn't wear them, but she put a junk in the smallest cup, no waffle or explanation. This was after I took the job home and saw what she gave me, then I returned. Then I gave it back to her and told her I want what is advertised on your drive by menu, she gave it back to me in a cone. That's ridiculous. Corporate will also hear from me. It was easy, just tell the truth, and I would have ordered something else. But I wanted the ice. It's just the principle of economy. People, be aware of what they give you before you go. Maybe something they don't have and don't say.
I pulled up to this location tonight at 9:40pm the sign (picture included said they knew I was there and to please try not to get their attention. I waited about 15 minutes but since they were closing soon, I drove up to the window. The guy working looked at me and walked away. I drove around to the front door just to see if I could get a confirmation if I should drive back thru the drive up window. The speaker had kept clicking and I wondered if the tech was broken. Two different employees both made eye contact but wouldn’t say anything or motion to me at all. I thought that was pretty rude since I had been patiently waiting. I decided I’d take some pictures and leave a review so that others would know not to come after 9 since the staff is just going to ignore you. When I drove around to take a picture of the sign on the speaker board the employee came on the speaker and said, ‘we are closed, get out of here, Karen’ which I thought was particularly rude and unhelpful (but proof their tech does indeed work . When I drove around to the window to take a picture, both employees met me there. One of them was filming me while the other asked me what I wanted them to do. I politely explained I didn’t want them to do anything, that I was confused and frustrated so I was going to leave a review. I started to drive off but he asked me to wait and then explained that my clock must be wrong (on my phone? after many more times asking me what I wanted and me saying I didn’t want anything the one employee quit filming me, not exciting enough I guess. Overall a pretty terrible way to end the day when I just wanted some late night ice cream. I hope that both of those young men learn that people honestly don’t remember what you do, they remember how you make them feel. I felt pretty small tonight at the Baskin Robins in Georgetown.
Can’t even go in to order. Probably because of “covid”. Absolutely stupid.
Continues to be the worst service ever. We have been there several times within the ladst month trying to give it one more try . Each time we are dissatisfied with the service in the drive thru. After you wait and wait and wait in line and you finally get to the speaker to place your order and you wait again for someone to acknowledge that you are there and you 're ready to order your 2 chocolate shakes and they come back to say, were out of chocolate . That 's ridiculous.There is no professionalism or any kind of customer courtesy when it comes to going through the drive through. They just don 't care. The workers are obviously not trained.
