Bidrage med feedbackFor a fine dining table the cocktail was extracted from the container. the mixologe did not ensure that the leak stopped and cleanse the container, the gast was instead given serviettes. the waiter wasn't quite sure what they served. in total they were in order, in any case, space for improvement. on the brighter side they are friendly and accommodating.
We had the tasting menu for 2. the dinner starts with a seasonal cocktail, but I am so surprised that it was just a mini cocktail. it's really impressing, the menu is somehow misleading. the first dish that was the Hokkaido scallops were served two tiny scallops, and they are different sizes. the quality of the skallops is moderate, tasteless. the other shell, soft shell crimp. taste is really so normal and the soft bowl is so dried. I really doubt the quality of their ingredients. the worst is the competition four, they are hard, dried and overly sweet. the courts that are of acceptable standard are the Eryngii-Pilz and the tonpot of garnel and lobster. I feel that for the price charged .. they have failed to deliver something that is considered good.
Beautiful asean style fine dinning . a bit pricy but beautiful environment. good place for couples.
The entrances/appearances were good, but the net was disappointing. the boston lobster curry with vermicelli was too much a challenge for eating a fine food. to use my bare finger to peel the lobster shells to get access was a little too much for me. there were also much too many moskitos for such a fine facility. both my partner and I were bitten countless times. when we alerted the service staff, we were informed that it was difficult to keep the restaurant moskito free because the doors too often open and close. even so, hard to take when a fine restaurant ends, feel like an open air level instead.
Fabulous food. The lobster and prawn hotpot was especially good. Great service. Beautiful interiors. Highly recommended.
