It was the first time that I visited this load and sure I am back when I go to Genoa. super friendly staff. they let me taste their creations. I bought two amazing cheese so good!
The shop owners are very welcoming and present a tasting of all available cheeses. the Cashew-based cheeses have a softer consistency, the cherry cheeses are harder and can be rubbed like parmesan. the aromes are from this world. I bought five different types of cheese. recommend a visit. it is not just a shop, it is a gastronomic experience!
The owner is very friendly and has advised us very well (in English). The Cashewkäse Camembert-Art tastes very delicious and like the mild original! In addition to the self-made cheese, there is also a selection of other delicious vegan foods.
